As a People & Solutions Delivery Manager, you will play a dual role at the heart of our Agile, cross-functional organization. On one hand, you are a strategic project manager overseeing multiple client-facing projects grouped within a tribe structure. 

On the other hand—and above all—you are a People Manager, dedicated to the growth, development, and well-being of your team members.

You will lead a portfolio of projects focused on designing and delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions for clients in the life sciences domain. As the main coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth delivery across projects by aligning priorities, removing blockers, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. 

At the same time, you’ll focus on people leadership—matching the right talent to the right projects, fostering career growth, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You’ll work closely with Project Managers/Owners and Solution Architects, and other leaders across the organization to enable high-performing teams and scalable delivery.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Managing the “Tribe” (few teams), formulating the team's mission and purpose.

  • Defining the “vision” of products, services, and making decisions during the cycle (withdrawal, scale, development).

  • Developing the right strategies and tactics to deliver desired business outcomes (ability to determine what work needs to get done, how much to invest & effort required, and how to prioritize opportunities).

  • Empowering Project Managers/Owners and Solution Architects to provide day-to-day guidance on objectives, priorities, and tasks.

  • Delivering excellent Leadership and positively influencing your team by empowering, inspiring, and giving a push to increase the “velocity”.

  • Overseeing the quality of team performance enforcement. 

  • Managing talents, matching “right” people to the right teams and tasks, and managing the allocation process. 

  • Interfacing with other Tribes and Tribe Leaders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. 

  • Driving improvements and creating a positive environment to work for teams, including an atmosphere of self-confidence and trust. 

  • Vision synchronization with Product Owners and other stakeholders.

  • Managing stakeholders' expectations. 

Requirements
  • Previous experience in leading a project or other role, in which people leadership skills were demonstrated (approx. 40 people)

  • Experience in life sciences, biotech, or related fields.

  • Demonstrates depth of experience in Agile methodologies 

  • A sense of ownership and understanding of its impact on the company’s success 

  • Business acumen with strong Customer orientation 

  • Understanding the trends that shape the Life Science industry and the needs of clients

  • Strategic and visionary thinker 

  • Ability to manage variable environments and teams 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Decision maker and good negotiation skills

  • Ability to provide leadership not relying on hierarchy 

  • Good analytical skills are necessary for business decisions, and the ability to use out-of-the-box or innovative solutions
