Graphic Designer, in-house (m/f/d)

Location Cracow, hybrid
Offer description

Ardigen enables AI transformation for biotech and pharmaceutical companies to leverage the full potential of data. The company delivers value at the intersection of biology and computational methods to increase the likelihood of success and accelerate the drug discovery process. With our platforms based on advanced algorithms and state-of-the-art technology, we help researchers to get scientific insights from a large amount of data, leading to new discoveries and breakthroughs in fields such as personalized medicine and drug development.

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer (in-house) to help visually communicate our work inside and outside the company. In this role, you will translate complex scientific workflows, data processes, and abstract concepts into clear, structured visual communication. You will be responsible for creating high-quality slide decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) as a core part of your work, designing materials specifically for a B2B, expert audience rather than mass-market consumers. We seek a professional who excels at working within strict, non-negotiable brand guidelines while independently spotting and fixing visual inconsistencies and errors to ensure our brand remains flawless.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Design and produce:

    • Presentations (priority: Google Slides)

    • Infographics and diagrams explaining workflows and data processes

    • Marketing materials (one-pagers, brochures, banners, email assets)

    • Event and conference assets (booths, rollups, print materials, gadgets)

    • Website visual improvements (UI/graphic layer, no coding)

  • Turn technical input into structured visuals, not just “nice graphics”

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and scientific teams

  • Ensure 100% consistency with brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layout systems)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B graphic design (tech, science, SaaS, or similar)

  • Strong portfolio that includes: presentations / slide decks, diagrams, workflows, or data visualization

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint / Google Slides (this is critical), Figma or similar tools

  • Ability to work with technical briefs, structure information clearly (not just decorate), deliver pixel-perfect, error-free designs

  • Availability: work during CET business hours (at least partially overlapping); regular, reliable collaboration (not “after-hours freelancing”)

We offer
  • Collaboration based on a B2B contract
  • Hybrid working model (2 days per week from the office)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Mental health support (HearMe Platform)
  • Funding for professional development, training, and an internal mentoring program
  • Private medical care
  • Multisport card

To help us better understand your work, we kindly ask you to include your portfolio with your application.

Note on Portfolio Requirements: To be successful in this role, your portfolio should demonstrate a mastery of presentation design and an understanding of B2B brand systems. We are looking for a designer with impeccable technical discipline, someone who ensures every layout is flawlessly aligned and views brand guidelines as a framework for excellence rather than a limitation.

Apply with:

  • Your portfolio (mandatory)
  • Examples of presentations and/or data-driven visuals
