Currently, we are looking for a Key Offering Manager (KOM) to serve as an ambassador for Data Management & Custom Software Engineering offering. 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional who will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with market demands to continue the success and competitiveness of this offering. 

The Key Offering Manager is expected to take ownership of Data Management & Custom Software Engineering services, define the scope of the offer, and marketing activities, and support the sales process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (mainly Marketing, Business Development, and Delivery Managers) is crucial in creating and executing the strategic roadmap.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Establishing and expanding long-term strategic partnerships related to the offering

  • Defining the scope of the offering to ensure competitiveness through comprehensive market analysis

  • Monitoring the quality of project and product delivery, ensuring that client and company goals are aligned across the project lifecycle; suggesting and implementing improvements to the delivery process

  • Ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with client expectations to facilitate long-term client relationships 

  • Defining target market and potential client base to identify product market fit

  • Collaboration with other Key Offering Managers (KOMs) - reviewing offerings and suggesting KOM role improvements

  • Developing ideas for new product and service-based offerings

  • Reviewing customer feedback to deliver solution/ product improvements

  • Driving continuous improvement of the Business Model Canvas

  • Supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) in properly understanding the offering by reviewing and delivering insight on the value proposition, target clients, and competitive information

  • Serving as the first point of contact for the BD team during initial discussions and leading qualification 

  • Supporting BDMs in translating customer needs into project proposals

  • Generating leads in collaboration with the Marketing team

  • Leveraging subject matter expertise to assist the development of relevant marketing materials supporting the offering

  • Presenting the offering at relevant conferences and webinars

Requirements:
  • Min. 5 years of domain-relevant experience to ensure project delivery and offering/product development 

  • Proven experience in market research, consulting, or a related field

  • Preference will be provided to candidates who demonstrate industry experience and would be considered a subject matter expert in one of the following areas: data management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry or custom software engineering solutions

  • Strong commercial acumen and business orientation with experience in presenting to senior decision-makers in the Pharma/Biotech/IT sector

  • Experience in bioinformatics & data science would be an additional advantage

  • Fluent English–verbal and written, at least C1 level

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Focused and output-driven, with time management skills, meeting deadlines

  • Self-starting, flexible, and Team-player, comfortable working with a group

  • Proven experience working in a similar role would be a plus

  • High personal standards, a willingness to learn, and an upbeat personality
