Key duties and responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including:
- assisting with lead generation and initial research,
- coordinating and scheduling client meetings, especially around key events,
- processing legal agreements and client documentation,
- assisting with deal tracking and maintaining the sales pipeline,
- supporting Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle, particularly during absences (e.g., vacations, conferences), ensuring continuity and responsiveness.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with BD team members, understanding and contributing to their business needs and objectives

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.

Monitor client satisfaction levels, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation to communicate progress and results
