As we expand our Business Development Team, we’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to support the team with administrative tasks, assist our clients, and help strengthen our position in the biotech and pharmaceutical markets.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including:

- assisting with lead generation and initial research,

- coordinating and scheduling client meetings, especially around key events,

- processing legal agreements and client documentation,

- assisting with deal tracking and maintaining the sales pipeline,

- supporting Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle, particularly during absences (e.g., vacations, conferences), ensuring continuity and responsiveness.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with BD team members, understanding and contributing to their business needs and objectives

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.  

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation to communicate progress and results

  • Outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a structured approach to task execution

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to apply sound judgement

  • Results-driven with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Proactive, flexible team player comfortable working collaboratively

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal

  • High personal standards, positive attitude, and strong verbal and written communication skills
